Life can be exhausting when U don't have balance. Without balance, U find yourself consistently overwhelmed and frustrated with your life. It's as if all of the things that make up U are in competition for space on a finite amount; there isn't enough time or energy to do everything!
Balance offers an opportunity where one can pursue their passions without feeling like they're losing themselves along the way- because at least now it feels manageable instead...
