Today is 12/12 is my 39th birthday and I didn't know what I wanted to do. I was lost at planning my day! How many of U all have been that way? But did U ask yourself why U didn't know? For the longest time i have been overworking myself and lost touch with the basic things; favorite color, what i like to wear outside of fitness clothes, what I like to do when I go out besides grocery shop for meal prep, and much more. I didn't recognize that side of me.
Let's discuss this issue because when U lose yourself in a job, U may see the fruits of your labor (overworking) but U will never be able to actually enjoy them.
